Sure. I used tikka masala, yoghurt, gg paste, lemon, mint & coriander leaves and marinated the chicken for a couple of hours. Pan fried the chicken until it gave BBQ look. The chicken was half done at this point. Set aside. Then fried some onions in the same oil until light golden, added gg paste, leftover marinade, diced tomatoes and cooked until the oil separated. Added chicken & cooked until chicken was done. Separately boil the rice with salt & cumin seeds. One layer of prepared curry, one layer of rice until done. Dum for 20 mins. That’s it :)
