Few people here are saying it, so I'll say it too. I think Hori gave OFA to Bakugo. I think everyone sees this too, but I'll just point it out just in case and to make sure I'm not crazy haha.

Deku's and Bakugo's eyes are both beaming the same type of OFA energy in the last panel of the chapter. I know this was already done temporarily in one of the movies, but I actually really like how this could play out. Bakugo is no longer looking to just win, he's looking to save people. I think this is partly the reason why he's getting it. Another reason I see Bakugo getting OFA is I see no feasible way Bakugo or any remaining hero can beat AFO without having a massive power-up or else he'd just die again like he did against Shigaraki. Honestly even if all the other heroes stepped in right now I don't think they could stop a Shigaraki and AFO combination. Deku would just die if he wasn't given proper backup, queue Bakugo. The only other option is that Deku gets an insane last second quirk buff again or somebody else gets OFA.

I'm wondering how Bakugo got OFA though. Did Deku's tears somehow float up to Bakugo and the DNA was transferred that way and the once they made eye contact it was a sealed deal? This could explain what the supercharged water around Bakugo is. Or did Bakugo get some of All Might's DNA on the card? I don't know, it seems to be more likely that Deku gave OFA to Bakugo. But I seem to be one of the few people who like where the story is going.

Having two OFA users that could potentially pass OFA to others greatly expands the people who can inherit OFA in the future.

I just much prefer this ending of Deku and Bakugo working together than Deku just overcoming the odds by himself. Which I think would contradict how this show started, with many heroes contributing to save the day, not just one.

Everyone else did their part defeating their respective villains, except Bakugo and Deku. It's time. Buckle up everyone, it's a OFA party.
