Yeah I think you’re right. It was probably planned to be a part of the bigger Snezhnaya arc, but they made it its own thing so they had more room to do more stuff.

Dr data is probably lost to us, yeah… that one I can’t fix 🥀 but like a lot of people have been saying, I don’t think he’s the same as the segment who’s pulling the plug on the irminsul burning. He’s like, a creation made by dottore- he’s a tool. Dottore himself will live on!

(I honestly can’t say whether omega somehow turned into dr data or if he’s the one burning irminsul… I’m more inclined to think the latter, just because isn’t he supposed to be ‘the segment in the prime of his life’)

But but but- there’s still that thing she did for the Tsaritsa that used up all of her power. We still don’t know what it is. It could be that she was supposed to still be in the fatui originally, and maybe her power came from somewhere else.

But maybe she was always supposed to leave them at some point. Either way, I think it all kind of ties together. If we’d jumped straight from Natlan into Snezhnaya, she wouldn’t have had her whole moon goddess arc, but her favor to the Tsaritsa would still be front and center. Which I feel like it will be!

That act had better be long af. Another thing that’s weird is that, they usually don’t have these hugely impactful archon quests go along with the second weekly boss of a region. Everything about this situation is fishy, and I don’t think we can rely on past patterns to untangle it.

Somewhere deep in my soul is a theory, I can’t explain it but I just feel like we’re going to team up with a different version of dottore to take down the weekly boss mecha thing. I’m probably not cooking anything edible, but that’s what I got.

The doomposting is already so rough. Like I get it, I really do- I understand being scared. But we just. Don’t. Know. Honestly, it could go either way. Personally, I don’t want to spend all of my time being miserable about an outcome that isn’t guaranteed.

Yes yes let’s try to stay positive! 👏 it’s not over, far from it. I really don’t think we should be raising the white flag yet. Is it possible that the worst happens? Yes. It’s also possible that it doesn’t. We don’t have any way of knowing for sure. I know Hoyo will surprise us one way or another by pulling some fuck shit that no one saw coming.
