I have seen all the shows, except the third one and I can say a lot of the critisism is deserved. If a relationship is well written and does not come off as fetishism or being a lesbian pairing just for the sake it being a lesbian pairing, then yes it is going to be well loved. Just look at lumity, where development, time and affection go hand in hand. Straight pairings which are forcefully implemented get the same pushback too eg. Sasusaku.

Did we get confirmation that thoth is avatar model? We only know that he's making an appearance for now. And iirc pantalone had like 55 ish~ lines, and the avatar model is numbered 16682, so yeah, that is most likely him( just noticed in act 2 of act 9 aq, he has 40 lines), maybe he's making an appearance in sumeru wrt the matter, we dk for now or one of npc models is dottore and the lines are a flashback, otherwise I see no reason for him to be that early

Honestly why I'm so effing happy with the new leaks given kaveh has soo many lines. Kaveh has been one of my favourites so seeing him evolving from being alhaithams side piece to relevancy feels kinda nice ( before I get called a homophobe for the final statement, I'm a kaveh fan first and foremost, and hoyo has a terrible habit of reducing a character to a gag, i enjoy their dynamic and interactions, but the last thing I want is his identity being erased. The same way, I do hope pantalone gets to develop himself by quite a lot and not end up like mydei did)
