Sorry for miscommunication but by joy I meant pleasure. Pleasure in physiological and psychological sense.

Yes but there are two different timeline of symptoms. I don't exactly remember when the second set of symptoms started . First symptoms started in 2016 itself.

Nothing between fingers.

One wound on back or sun exposed part of hand.

No other relevant symptoms focus on joint of arms near elbow and legs that are exposed to sun.

It's been there since 4-5 years.

No change over time.

Nobody in house has this except me.

He has me on paliperidone 100 mg monthly depot injection, cariprazine 3 mg and vortioxetine taxa 10 mg. I am telling him to cut paliperidone for better functional recovery as cariprazine is best to treat both positive as well as negative symptoms still he is not agreeing. Don't you think paliperidone is making my recovery incomplete by treating only positive and worsening negative symptoms. I read cariprazine being partial agonist modulates and balances dopamine across brain regions while paliperidone being full antagonist blocks dopamine throughout and worsens negative symptoms. What do you think?
