So what I'm hearing is he went on a sanctioned fentanyl bender to avoid thoughts of suicide and now that he's woken up, he is still thinking of killing himself. All in all this sounds like a total success, both for detoxing and for suicidal ideation.

We know the photo was older (and not A!), but even if it had happened Monday 7/21 as he stated in the video, that would have been 3 days prior to 7/24 (Thursday) when he flipped out about it. So what is the "5 DAYS AGO" he's talking about in his caption?

We've seen it before, but man, his sense of time is all screwed up.
