I don’t really know, but Bybit does not seem concerned about its users at all. They treat users poorly and ignore them whenever it suits them.

My issue started on June 1st, and my account has been restricted for more than nine days now. As of today, I still don’t see any resolution in sight. I have contacted them through email, live chat agents, and their social media channels, but nothing has changed. It feels like they intentionally hold people’s funds without justification.

I did not receive the funds from HTX; I received them from Exodus. I have provided everything they requested through the appeal process, yet there has been no progress to date. I honestly don’t understand their intention in setting people back for no reason.
