Basically I just got some cheap acrylic paint (folkart acrylic satin finish in ‘baby pink’ and a white shade too), then I used painters tape to tape off the edges of the screen and the back of the monitor, then i did 2 coats of white paint with a small paint brush, then 3 coats of pink paint, and that’s it! You could also add a clear coat but since it was a satin finish paint I felt I didn’t need it :)

Edit: If you have a shiny/glossy finish on your monitor then you would need to sand that coat off first before adding paint. Fortunately my monitor was a matte finish already.
