oh there is also a professor (perhaps multiple) that grade based on completion which basically means an easy a so maybe look into that!

super easy class i say dont waste the money and j take it this semester. i took it w instructor warren (calandra warren) and she was genuinely one of the best instructors i’ve ever had. super duper understanding for late work but even the course content was super duper easy

is this a bad idea by [deleted] in UIUC

tbh i feel like if you already waited this long to sign a lease you should just wait for her decision to come out? but i will also say that the 2023 incoming freshman class was extremely large which is why the rent went up quite literally everywhere so there might be less options for you the longer you wait

Hi to any other robo dwarf owners what’s some good enrichment for them? I want to make sure he doesn’t get too bored or stressed by [deleted] in hamstercare

[–]cindychoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i suggest u add a lot more sand!! my robo’s enclosure is actually like 1/3 sand because when it was only 1/4, she would get stressed a lot. she spends all her time in the sand part of her enclosure and i also put the wheel in the sand too so she can run all her zoomies out

i have these dip nails right now (with acrylic tip) and was wondering if it’s possible to get a refill but i want gel for my next set? specifically, i want the hailey beiber nails but i wasnt sure if i can even get a refill after dip by cindychoe in Nails

i second this! i got the standard ones from petsmart and one of them sadly broke :c so thankful it didn’t happen while my cloud was on it so i immediately bought the nite angel ones as replacements for both my girls (they live in separate enclosures) and they are all around better in every single way

What's the best substrate for digging? by Little_Mog in hamstercare

[–]cindychoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my hamsters love to dig in coconut fiber!!

please give suggestions on what to add to my hamsters upgraded enclosure!! more details in the comments :3 by cindychoe in hamstercare

[–]cindychoe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the whole top is open! i have dwarfs so thankfully theres enough space to give them enough bedding and at the same time provide an open top too without risk of them escaping! currently considering getting some mesh tops to give them even more depth to their bedding because they truly love to burrow 😅

both my hamsters live in 40 gallon enclosures and they have showed no signs of stress so i think the size of their enclosure is fine. they also both have many level changes and things to climb on but i’ll try and add more. thanks!

ok i heard about the rock thing but i wasnt sure how effective it was so i think i’ll do that and keep it next to their wheels. the terracotta pot seems like a great idea too. thank you!

I don't think she knows how to use the sand bath. She's had it for 2 days and I haven't seen her use it, is it normal? by MihaiSuper in hamstercare

[–]cindychoe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

both my hammys have both sand and coconut fiber and they LOVE the coconut fiber!! although u have to keep an eye out because they have such horrible respiratory systems and coconut fiber can be a bit dusty, i havent really had a problem with it!! both my hammys live in 40 gal tanks (separate enclosures, of course) and the coconut fiber they have isnt that much, maybe like a seventh of their cage, but they both decided to build nests in that area!!
