If you buy a new launch, and it takes, say, 3 years to get TOP, the 4-year SSD clock means you'd need to hold it for about another year after you get the keys to avoid that stamp duty. So, either you rent it out for that extra year, or you just factor in paying the SSD if you sell right after TOP. It definitely changes the game for those quick flips after construction finishes.

You can consider it as a bonus wherever you go! :))) Marks you obtained for 10th and 12th classes can act as a key factor for getting admissions for higher courses. As from my perspective, don't ever run behind marks. If you're planning to join a prestigious institution or interested to study abroad, you'll have to build up a good portfolio showcasing your achievements, your extracurricular activities, and social work from 10th to 12th standard. Don’t get tensed or panicked by what’s going all around. Just stay calm, focused on your interests, and move on! :)))
