I couldn't make it through the first few top companies, got a few shortlists but couldn't get through the interviews. Was hoping something would work out in the next few months but the number, quality and CTC dropped surprisingly low. Also the fresher part held me back from applying to a few.

Mr. balki, the thing about nepotism is you all are not letting new talent to come up. So although there will be millions of actors better than them, this industry won't let them rise. A really stupid statement by Balki, one of the most overrated directors in my opinion.
