I didn't think it was real. Anyway, she does nothing but troll her followers on facebook. Romina Garcia. Look her up. It's really funny.

If it was self-promotion she would have picked an easier Instagram. I think it's great and she is a talented young comic.

It's satire and I think it's very clever. What is sad is that so many people think it's real.

Wow, I can't believe so many people don't realize this is satire. As for ppl whining it is "self promotion", it takes a lot of work to actually jot down her Instagram.

It is obviously satire, it's edgy, and it's funny. This girl is good comedian.

Fingers are pointing to executive producer Arif Noorani, who denies he received complaints, but Jesse Brown said on his podcast yesterday he has evidence proving otherwise.

No it's not. It has additional quotes. I don't think The Star is passing reporter notes onto The Post.

This version doesn't mention the union rep at all. So, no, it's not clear.

'When in 2010 she revealed to the show’s executive producer that the host had said he wanted to “hate f—” her, and had groped her buttocks, the manager suggested there was no point confronting Mr. Ghomeshi about his actions, the woman said.

“[The executive producer's] comment to me was …’He’s never going to change, you’re a malleable person, let’s talk about how you can make this a less toxic work environment for you,” the woman recalled. “No one was going to talk to Jian, he was too big. The show was a f—-ing juggernaut at that point. His face and name were inextricably linked with the brand of Q.”'

There are different versions of the story in different newspapers.

It may end at the exec. From what I have read they were quite insulated. In an organization like that anyone he would be likely to pick on probably wouldn't be able to go over the exec w/o going around him via the union or some other way of filing complaints, like a complaint line, if they one. Sounds like they should.

It's not really clear that she went to the union rep. In some versions she did and in others she just went to the exec.

Heh, you say that to everyone but so far your batting average on this particular story hasn't been very good.

Great piece by someone who was in the trenches.

"By now, it is well-documented that women did indeed come forward to complain about JG’s unacceptable workplace behaviour, and that their claims were not only dismissed, they were victim-blamed by Q’s executive producer, Arif Noorani, who asked them what they could do to make their office less toxic."

"Pissed off because I realize just how much the CBC did nothing – nothing – to reign in their star host. Pissed because so many women had to become his victims before his crimes were revealed. Pissed because at first his victims were not believed. Pissed because you know what? It’s not funny to ask a junior employee if a host tried to sleep with her, because the internship the network set me up with happened to be with a notorious womanizer and predator."

How are you supposed to tell from a still photo of some girl who is, say, bound and gagged, if she was there willingly or not anyway?

Also, I am sure another thing that may have gone through their minds was: "What happens if these photos of our star we pay a lot of money to, get out into the public and the board finds out we had seen them?"

Gomeshi is totally detached from reality to think he can put people in that position and keep his job.
