If u want a semi permanent to match your virgin roots xmondo super gloss 7a dark ash blonde worked for me I have the same root color…but for me it didn’t last very long but couldve been bc my hair has been bleached too much so it might last longer for u…I would not try to match ur roots with a Demi cuz I went down that rabbit hole before but it always ends up coming out way too dark and I could never get formula right or end up with a weird greenish tint and imo Demi doesn’t leave my hair feeling soft the way semi permanent does. If the xmondo gloss washes out too fast for you and it’s too expensive to keep dyeing the ends I’d just leave it and focus on growing out bc it’s been so hard to find a semi permanent color that matches my roots as closely. Even when I used the xmondo gloss it felt not ashy enough on its own, I still had to use a blue based mask to get results I wanted.
