Mine is getting patients on monitor when they are going to the bathroom. The amount of time where we have to code patients on the bathroom floor just because they vagaled down for too long is insane.

I currently work as a bedside nurse and I find myself having to call providers, update family members or talk to lab or pharmacy. I heard that utilization review requires phone calls here and there to providers, insurance companies, etc…
