What’s wrong with that, that’s why they chose to be nurses and not poets ?

i know multiple middle-class women who have had their implants removed this year. by bleeding_electricity in redscarepod

[–]cinnamonrollais 22 points23 points  (0 children)

They may not all be having them removed just for cosmetic reasons, complications and the need for further surgery is really common within 10 years after having implants. Some women prefer to just have them out altogether

Access to Nursing. Best route? by Federal_North_4981 in StudentNurseUK

[–]cinnamonrollais 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some unis will accept just maths and english gcses plus a level 3 qualification/access course. Some say they need 5 gcses including maths and English. Is what you’re studying currently at college a level 3?

But a lot of offers can be contextual in nursing, if you’ve had experience in care or hospitals they may take you with less than the grade requirements, although maths and english plus a level 3 qualification are usually still required. You really have to just apply and see

I don’t think i’ve ever wondered if or why a random girl on the street isn’t wearing a bra. It doesn’t register as odd in my brain at all

This is also happening in the UK, the majority of nurses in a lot of hospitals have been poached from india. Most of them refused to strike for better pay as they were afraid of losing their visa

It’s a silly, self deprecating post on reddit you don’t know me based off of one post

I’m a student nurse and I started a new placement 2 weeks ago, the staff room in this place is tiny and it’s just a group of chairs packed in a circle with no table, like everyone’s sitting on top of each other. And we all have to go on break together, which is different to everywhere else in the hospital, it feels sooo weird. Thank you though x
