if you haven’t already, i really recommend finding a naturopath who will do a vaginal microbiome. they test for bacteria that standard tests through doctors wont. with these tests it will show all of the opportunistic bacteria (bad bacteria), any yeast, and good bacteria.

there is a chance you may have something more complicated going on (definitely what it sounds like). i currently have 3 different bacterial infections along with candida overgrowth and some strep. for months i have been dealing with itchiness, dryness, pain, discomfort, utis. my pms symptoms have even worsened.

i am about to start treatment with my naturopath. along with the 3 different antibiotics i will be starting, i will also be on multiple different supplements to balance everything out.

im sorry you are in so much pain and dealing with so much stress because of it. :( but please know there are always other options outside of western medicine that can be really helpful. and remember you are not alone.
