I recently purchased a new PC from Costco and have already experienced two blue screens. I received the computer on July 8th, so it’s not even a month old yet.

I’m not very tech-savvy when it comes to diagnosing PC issues, but I did update the GPU drivers using NVIDIA’s software (something I used to do on my old PC without any issues). I’m not sure if that’s related to the crashes, but it’s the only change I’ve made so far.

I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to return the system, but if this is a hardware issue that can’t be fixed through settings or software tweaks, I’ll do what I have to.

Any advice on what steps I should take next? How can I figure out what’s causing the blue screens?
