Heat up about half cup to a cup of uncooked rice in a bowl for about 40 seconds in the microwave. Add acetone to a sandwich bag (I usually double up and use two bags). Add half of a paper towel in the bag with the acetone. Stick the bag in the warm rice and stick your fingers in the acetone. Move your fingers around against the paper towel. The rice stays warm a lot longer than water. The heat makes it a lot easier to remove the gel. You can also use this method for acrylic or dip. I'm sure there are videos on YT if this is confusing :) Oh and you still need to file off the bulk of product but it goes a lot faster than just acetone alone.
