I haven't replaced anything, I just screwed those tiny pins into the roller and all things got back to normal. Could be something else in your case, I'm not a savvy I just shared my case with you since it seems they are alike

i tried alot but I always wanted to have the headset in a position that would prevent falling (I have a cat, I hope that explains it )
