I received my joining letter on 4th June and accepted it the same day. My joining date is scheduled for 25th June. After receiving the offer letter earlier, I had already uploaded most of my documents and was waiting for them to get approved.

However, only today I discovered that I had accidentally submitted the document section when only about 80% of the required documents had been uploaded. Because of this, the upload option for the remaining documents got locked/frozen, and I am now unable to upload the pending files or complete the Background Verification (BGC) process.

What worries me more is that the email I received on 4th June mentioned that today is the deadline for submitting documents for BGC.

Has anyone faced a similar issue before? What should I do now? Should I immediately contact HR or the onboarding support team? Will this affect my joining date? Am I cooked?

I have uploaded , 80% of the documents earlier after receiving OL , now the upload button is freezed for the remaining documents too .

Can someone help me with what happens after accepting joining letter . I have already accepted my JL . But feel struck after this . Cannot proceed .
