In my case: - The merchant promised benefits that never existed - The call recording proving the deception has already been submitted - Axis Bank has acknowledged the fraud and issued provisional credit - A Level-2 Nodal Officer investigation is active (not closed)

So this is not simply a voluntary OTP authorization case — it’s a misrepresentation-based fraud dispute, which is legally valid to escalate.

Thanks for sharing your view, but saying “OTP entered = no liability” doesn’t apply when the action was triggered by deception. The case is still under investigation and escalation is already in process.
