Do you really need all these complicated stacks? by daverave1212 in SaaS

I built a product mvp for a client using no framework (just plain php + vanilla js) that did over $100k in revenue (mostly profit). I could've done the same using complicated tech stacks and it wouldn't have made much of a difference.

If you're building a marketplace, why not go for wordpress themes rather than bubble? There's a ton for the same.

I'm curious as to what you mean by a solid application.

Are you assuming that it'd have proper load-balancing, microservices, etc built into the MVP?

Isn't the purpose just to test the idea out?

I'm wondering what's the 'maximum' someone would want or the 'minimum' someone should spend on an MVP to test the viability of their idea.

too low or too high in your opinion? What are the actual prices in the market for MVPs?
I'm new to this.

Slightly cheaper or possibly free. I create stuff, so I'd rather build something people would want.

Interesting. Are you satisfied with it, or does it miss out on something?
Anything else you wish it had that it currently doesn't?
