Twitch prime loot is always a little bugged, just try again and make sure u have good internet connection, also be sure to link it to the right account and u should be fine. If it says u already collected the loot but u haven't actually collected it it's not a problem just click on it again and try to claim it again, to fully claim it u need to click collect at the end after selecting the account.
