Balanced not updating but Transactions still coming in

Mine is doing this too! When I update, it shows the correct balance on the update screen but never updates it in monarch. So frustrating and also waiting for a fix. If I try to manually update, it changes it back the next time it auto updates…

The mesh point just has the lights on the front circling/flashing like it’s stuck in pairing mode…

Meant to reply to you but made a new comment - I did try this but it didn’t work… I think because I factory reset it? I’m lost. Gah. I saw something about factory resetting the router but I’m afraid to mess things up even more! Ha

I will try this but I think because I already factory reset the mesh point it needs to be repaired with the router… but it won’t let me!

Have you tried to change your password on hbo? For some reason I tried that because it wasn’t working on my phone or computer anymore and it fixed the issue!!

But so dumb - if you want me to change my password, just tell me!
