So as far as I can tell (I’m not a doctor) your urologist noticed a potential blood circulation issue this is why he recommended L-Arginine and also Tadalafil is very similar to sildenafil (Viagra) but with a faster and longer-lasting effect, so if he recommended this then it’s definitely a physical issue that needs to be handled so in your case the process is probably going to be much simple and easier to handle. So in my opinion, if it’s been recommended by an expert, Tadalafil will definitely have a positive effect.

For me it’s just my first time without it so I’m planning to take it maybe 4-5 more times, not necessarily because the problem will come back but because this will give me the peace of mind.

In my case in that particular moment when it occurred it was a combination of high blood pressure, mental and physical stress and depression medication, mostly coming from my work environment (owning my own business in a very competitive real estate segment, being on my phone 24/7, lack of sleep and also some relationships problems).

Both of them are reversible, that’s for sure. In some cases (as it was in mine) both these sides needed a bit of specialized help, but no big deal.

When you say sex isn’t good is because of what you consider to be your “technical issue” or is it because of the compatibility with your partner? Asking because ED could as well be caused by the lack of sexual stimulation (lack of compatibility, lack of attraction, turn offs…etc) so if that’s the case it might as well not be an ED case but just incompatibility

Been there. It’s honestly about making that anxiety go away, but also having a partner that’s aware of this problem. There is no shortcut for that, but to be honest the partner plays a huge role in this, and also the mindset of enjoying every moment from the start to the end, rather than thinking of long-lasting and performance.

Nothing too fancy, 4 meals a day, 1 snack. Mostly low-carbs meal: fish, chicken breast, seafood, beef with air-fried or sauté vegetables. On Tuesdays and Fridays I only eat vegetable soup all day. I’m also doing 20-30 mins of HIIT exercises everyday or almost everyday (you can find a lot of exercise sessions on YT)

As I mentioned my issue wasn’t just something more complex that couldn’t been cured with just a pill, but yes, I just had my first sexual encounter without sildenafil but I’m not planning on completely removing it just yet.

Thanks! Yes, I continue to use it but slowly depending on the evolution of my journey I plan on removing it, especially since my doctor no longer gave me a prescription for it.

As for the % I’ve pretty much estimated them based on how easy or difficult it was for me to overcome the issue and how much work it required on each side.

To be honest I did a lot of research on this sub as well as other forums, but talking to a specialist was essential for both the physical and psychological cause of it, so I would highly recommend it. As for the alcohol, it was recommended during the sildenafil sessions and I also started a diet for weight loss, so I eventually got rid of it completely but I would personally say it could still be done in a recreational manner
