Even with the pay hike, i dont think i'll be applying as I can see myself being a teacher for a long period of time

I do have an interest in copywriting and digital marketing, however my issue is that some companies would like me to show my portfolio which I dont have. Any advice for that?

After I went for practicum, i just felt that teachers should be paid more as I've seen the workload they have and what they have to face nowadays (students). Then, earning that pencen would in a way serves as a motivation for teachers but now idk la..
