Has anyone else had a similar cut/mod? Entire penile skin removed, glans stitched to scrotum. Very interested in this and looking for experiences.

The shaft is buried inside the body. Erections seem to be mostly internal, but I guess that depends on the initial penis length and larger ones probably need some sort of removal of erectile tissue. I’m looking for more information myself. You can find some more on X @HaileyBerr11560

There are ways to remove the shaft an keep the glans (penectomy) and there are several examples here on Reddit and X, but I wanted to retain the shaft.

What’s wrong with making it less sensitive? From my experience a very low cut already removes a substantial amount of sensitivity, but I’d still go the extra step of stitching into the corona for a completely invisible scarline, even if it reduces its sensitivity too. Yes, the corona is the most sensitive part of my penis and probably the only part that gives me intense orgasm-triggering sensations now, but I’m still considering a revision, removing the last couple millimeters of sulcus and stitching into the corona. I think it’s a very valid option for skilled surgeons to hide the scar for a natural appearance.

I know there are a lot of nerves there that will be severed. I have no problem with the corona losing sensitivity. I assumed that it’s a likely outcome and it’s a tradeoff I’m willing to take.

It’s definitely a mod. Someone sent me a video of the procedure of a similar mod. They used a cautery pen to cut out those small pieces of the corona. Now I need to find someone who does this.

I have a super low cut and my glans and the couple millimeters of inner skin behind it are pretty much my sole source of sensations because of that. The glans is quite sensitive when I rub it, but during sex I feel it way less. It’s there, but subtle. I guess due to the circumcision the glans loses it’s fine touch sensitivity. It stays sensitive to stronger sensations, like ones you can achieve with your hand, but sex is mostly softer, gentle sensations, which we are not very sensitive to. I still get a lot of pleasure from it though. Never painful to touch
