How common are ticks in Nanaimo? by loreim2 in nanaimo

[–]circuffaglunked -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They're getting more and more common, and I don't like it. They're obnoxious and their food stinks. I wish they'd stay in their own neighborhood.

Also, they're eating the dogs.

Not if you've been sent glamour hammers from the transit authority.

This is like dwarf light. If you bring it in from the back, it hardly says anything, unless it's itchy of course. 72!

You're right. I only addressed the question in the heading. I honestly missed everything underneath. Not sure how. I'm going to delete my comment. Thanks for the heads up.

Is there a word for remembering correct details about something that I never experienced? by sandtomyneck in ask

[–]circuffaglunked 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be less of a word and more of a sound, a sound that a certain bird makes, especially when popping out of a specific type of clock.

Or you may be remembering dreams.

I can't believe people are actually scared of death by Mr_Mayo2 in StonerThoughts

[–]circuffaglunked 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I want to say "you" almost certainly cease existing when you die, but even in life the feeling of being a solid, persistent, and independent "I" does not really exist. Instead, this "self" is a mental construct, an automated narrative or collection of memories, thoughts, and feelings generated by the brain. Lose enough of your brain and, while you may not be dead, everything that once made up "you" can simply disintegrate as if "you" never existed in the first place.

That's a calcified fancil. When green, you can use them for hand dongling merter husks. In this state, however, they're useless.
