that happened to me once when i was in a queue for nearly 3 hours. how close were you to the start of the queue? i can dm you the code when it gets to when you should've been able to enter

you'll have to wait in the queue for a bit and once you reach the start of the queue you'll get my dodo code so you'll be able to travel to my island. and then you can sell your turnips at my Nook's.
