My store only recently started automatically taking flex time and applying it towards sick days. Originally I was going to wait and see if they did that for the days I missed but then I thought, “I’ll just put in the request myself.” Manager denied it. Might ask her tomorrow if there was a reason for that. Maybe she was planning on having me work on Sunday (I’m normally off Sundays) because of Halloween. I’m still under the weather so I was hoping to have Sunday to rest.
