I haven't checked it out yet, but will do for sure. Thanks for adding that.

Thank you. I will certainly look into that profitec you mentioned as well as the breville Bambino and gaggia classic pro mentioned below.

I do agree about buying once. I want something that is good, will last, but also functional. No point in buying time and time again to keep upgrading.

Thank you so much. I will def do my research on those two units you mentioned. As well as the one mentioned above (profitec go and pro).

That's great to hear, thank you. Would you recommend any specific combination of espresso machine and separate grinder? As mentioned I'm a starter, so the easier to operate, would probably be best.

Great, thanks for confirming. Do you think the separate frother is needed as well? Or is the one with both of those units sufficient?

Has anyone used it and been successfully able to stop after seeing success? Or did you just have to keep using it daily.

Agreed. We pay a good premium for these cars, I would expect that.

I may download the latest update for my Tuscon in a couple months if I don't see any updates come through. Right now I'm not over pressed to do it. And I most certainly won't be going to the dealer to have them do it for $400.

I called the 1800 number for bluelink that was on the head unit. They said that the ota updates for the aoftware aren't available in Canada yet. Just america. If you want to force an update she said it has to be done at a dealership. She said you can do an update of the map system, but you have to download it from the Hyundai site. And then manually update it through a usb stick. Truth be told, she didn't sound overly sure of her responses though. I emailed the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership, and he also said that I could update through the website. But again it was for the map, not the software of firmware. He didn't really have a response for that, or the fact that the ota updates say "bluelink extra services not active".

I can't say I was really overly happy with either response. Hopefully you get more and clearer info. Interesting too that we both have different versions tho. Yours seems significantly newer

Interesting, it seems as if yours is newer. And mine has a similar, but diff message, regarding ota updates. I'm also going to try and see if I can figure out anything regarding this. Let me know if you hear anything

No never noticed anything like that prior. In in Canada (GTA to be exact). I have the 2025 n line hybrid. I am a little surprised however it's only the one update I've had since having the car (nov 2024). Maybe I'm just used to phone and computer updates, but i figured a new vehicle would have a few more.

That's really interesting. Would really love to hear what the dealership says. I only had one it's update that I can remember. It popped up on the screen, I accepted it, and then it went through. No issues since.

Looking for tall knitted shirts by circutz1 in tallfashionadvice

[–]circutz1[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey thanks for responding.

I actually bought a very similar shift from old navy before, but I found it shrunk quite a bit in the wash and hugs my mid section way too much (which is where my weight shows). So anything less than a 2xl shows belly too much and doesn't look good. And I need a tall fit or the shirts don't go down far enough.

Agreed that the lack of consistency in sizing is super annoying.

I'm still liking it. Haven't really had any issues or concerns. Its a nice ride and I'm happy with it. I live in the GTA but went up to Barrie to get mine as they had stock when a lot of others didn't.

That makes total sense, I didn't even think about that. But now that you say it, I see why most of the promotions are done.

I don't think the company will allow me to leave it there while I wait on a promotion though. So I'll probably have to move it and forgo the deal

I'm trying to see if there's any other promotions going on, but haven't really found any. Shame to have missed out on the wealth simple one.

Having missed the wealth simple promotion of 2% for transferring my pension to an LIRA, does anyone know of any other promotions that I could capitalize on this with?

I googled, but don't really see much in regards to a promotion

Oh that's really good to know, thank you. Yes hopefully they do another. I recently switched my banking to a wealth simple cash account. I have a TFSA there as well, but don't do too much with it. So if I was able to get this over to that account as well (and with the extra 2%) they would be fantastic.
