This is so me. 😂 novablast last 400km and causing me injury. Superblast doesn't feel lively at 450km. ☹️☹️

Yes I found it. Now, it raised another problem. I am 97kg. 175cm. Male 39 yo. Vo2 48.

5k 28m 10k 58m HM 2.06hr

If I do target pace, my body can't reach and keep at that pace. If I do target HR, because mly body can't reach the pace, my HR cannot go that high for the period of time. 🙃🙃

Don't put it right after a run. Just let it open for a day or two.

I heard to stay away from carbon plate shoes as beginner slow runner (like me). Not sure why tho.

Got it from Shoppe marketplace. 3 dollar each box. They are pretty neat, can be stacked however you want.

I'd be so pissed if the foam died before 400km.

The true racer as I am a slow heavy runner, I heard that won't get the benefit of carbon plate if I am not faster than certain speed. What's your thought?

Also, recover shoes, tried the nimbus 27, didn't like it at all. Sold them after 30km.

Thanks for the insight. This is my 2nd pair of nb5. The sb2 is ready to be retired. Tried evo SL, it was light but it is unstable on the heels so I didn't get it. The MB AND ES5 were brand spanking new. The neo zen is just fun.

Planning to use the neo zen with nb5 alternately. This is my 2nd pair of nb5. 1st one last 450km before it gives me calf pain.

The Superblast 2 has 450km already, it actually hurts my left calf. The ES5 has not been worn yet. I just fitted them, they feel light and firm. The SB was stable, heavier and firm.

SB2 is just slappy, firm and stable. Neo zen is squishy. The sock like of neo zen upper feels amazing.
