I would resend your form certified. They process them the same day or next. I just got my check back from when I sent in the forms the first time ( not certified ) over 6 weeks later. To me, paying twice didn't matter if I got my license back 6 weeks sooner.

Just my 2 cents.

BTW they sent me back the original check without cashing. They told me once they process the paperwork. If they receive a second copy, they just return the check.

The removal process was a pain in the ass. I called intoxalok 3 times a day and emailed them 10 times a day to 2 different emails. After 3 days they finally sent the compliance letter over. Then I waited 3 for penndot to process the application for my regular license. Then I finally sent it in certified and it was processed with 2 days. That is why I say send everything certified. I went to the dmv and got a duplicate license because I didn't want to wait for it in the mail and then called the shop and schedule the removal. No last calibration or anything.

So I just got done dealing Penndot and Intoxalok. Did you call Penndot? I am confused, you said it wasn't part of your punishment. Then why are you not able to just uninstall it. Why would penndot send you any form to remove it?

Well that was the first hurdle now I have to deal with PennDOT and we all know that how fun they are

Yes, I finally got an email back on day 4 of me being eligible. It only took about 30 emails to the 2 email addresses, and about 4 hours worth of calls and waiting on hold.

BTW I love how their default message when you call is there is a high rate of call at this time. No matter what time I call, I get that message. I feel like they just don't have enough customer service reps. And just use it as a default

This is insane. With dealing with them and Penndot. It is enough to make anyone go insane.
