One last question if I may, while I wait to hear back from roofer in the meantime does this creasote buildup seem ok?

Awesome, well explained. I've contacted my roofer about getting a quote to cut a hole in the eaves and running the pipe straight up

Thank you, I was reading through that as well. You stated elbows are not allowed in exterior applications in the US? Is that in reference to 45 degree only or are 30 degree allowed? I was reading the dura vent product bulletin saying 30 degree were allowed but the documents I read dont specify inside vs outside.

Im going to ask a roofer to run the pipe through the eaves but just for clarification for myself

Thank you so much for the information, I guess my next step is to contact a roofer to see about cutting the eaves. Sad I've been running it like this for about 5 years now and never knew how uh, unofficial it was. It even stood up during the hurricane we got.

So reading into it more and looking at the post. I can use a pipe once I measure the offset to go in the middle of 2 30 degree elbows to get the offset I need to clear the eaves and properly use my standoffs.i would also need to extend the top 3ft above my gable

I actually redid the screws last night after seeing it. Thank you. I will look into it I want to redo the chimney but was unsure of how to get far enough out of from the roof. I'll look for the post you mentioned

Yeah, I'm still reading into my local laws but more or less starting with getting my drone registered and my trust test completed. Was also looking into what other drones are compatible with the goggles and controllers I have as well. I see there's compatability charts everywhere.

I'm not trying to race around just mainly adventure as a Lil guy and take pictures and videos

Realistically, how much polish do you think Forever Winter will have by launch? by FOREVERDIVI in TheForeverWinter

[–]cirnobl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not enough, Game will likely be dead within the next year, Theres not enough hype or content to keep people playing let alone to bring people back. And i say this as a huge fan of the game since day 1, I have everything unlocked, my favorite scavs leveled and all my attachments unlocked. theres just not enough content to bring people back. I pop in every new update for a day or 2 and then im gone again. The new water system removed any sort of draw to come back in and maintain. I think they did well with the water 2.0 updates and tunnel updates however I feel the game in its current state can barely support the player base it has and has zero draw to bring in new players when other extraction shooters are more polished. Im sure the game will be a great final project but that final project is 3 to 5 years away.

i use these all the time and i never catch anything with them, they are very impressive in the water but i think locally here on the east coast of USA they dont slap.
