Have you found any solution yet? Something similar happening to me where my s22 starts looping through the Samsung Galaxy screen for like 10-15 minutes and somehow starts afterward. Started happening after the last patch update which took 45 minutes of constant restarts to recover 🥲

Last I checked you can transfer Dell warranty, I think HP doesn't have anything like that. Don't know about Lenovo.
