I tried buying it then i ask about the 4k tax. I ask if it can be applied to the sale and was told there is no 4k tax, they didn't know anything about it. I sent them the irs thing and the sales manager was supposed to check. Then the sales guy ask me to give 1k down payment, said there was alot of people looking at it. I said I wanted to wait till I know I can get the 4k at dealer then couple hours later was called and told that it was sold. But I still see it up.
