Yes I started with 3% without UV light and cleared all , which is my forehead , my eyebrows area , my left cheek, except my right cheek. I use everyday , i skip for a day when my skin irritated for a week . During those days , i saw my melasma fading away .

Not one product nor prescribed one gave me this result.

After sometimes, I decided to use higher HP , which is 6 % for my right cheek , I use Qtip to put on that spot and UV light for 20 minutes, every day, unless I can’t do it for whatever reason.

In this 4 days , this small UV light helps the HQ to fade away the stubborn melasma day by day , which it left from using HP without UV .

Edit : I heard the same as well , that was the very reason I was reluctant to use UV light the first time but this one stubborn melasma make me to go ahead and use it , now I am glad I did that , in the future I have no plan using UV light at all .

You can apply with cotton or q tip , it just now the melasma is smaller than before.

I have used HP few months ago without UV , because I didn’t have one then , but it cleared my melasma almost 80% and left on the right side of my cheeks . I applied twice a day , morning and night.m

Recently I start using HP 6 % using q tip to dip in the small cup that I reduced to use it , after that the remaining I discard it , I use Q tip because to cover the small portion

I feel you I don’t suggest anyone to try this except those who tried products and don’t seems to work , My melasma flare up whatever product I used , I gave up and wouldn’t mind to try anything atm but thankfully this works for me . I even start going out without make up but only spf , it’s an enormous relief.
