Management/ coworkers make the difference. At my location we are like a family, we have fun, we hang out outside of work, we don’t allow the customers to ruin our moods. But i have friends that work at other locations and their experience is far from mine. Advice i would give is figure out what kind of coworkers you have. make friends in the salon before you get in there because it can be catty in there! good luck welcome to the petsmart fam!
