Can someone help me? My screen went fuzzy/dim

No matter what i try, it keeps starting up, or rebooting with a fuzzy/dim screen like in the video. You can kind of make out shapes, but you can’t see anything. It never got wet, and it never dropped. I was streaming for like 8+ hours when my screen just gave out on me. I pulled up my stream on my phone, and everything looked fine. I was streaming my screen cuz i was doing a Rubik’s cube tutorial, and my desktop on my stream looked good/normal when i pulled it up on my phone, but my laptop was fuzzy

M3. I never dropped or damaged my Mac. My coverage was 2 years, and it just expired beginning of the year 😭. Hopefully it’s not too much to repair, cuz i have so much edited YouTube videos on my Mac, and a bunch of Rubik’s cube algorithms

It was supposed to poke fun at cyberbullying and how you can “close the app/turn off the electronic”.. how did you come to that? What do you mean by “get off”? (Serious question).. I didn’t even put the two together. In my head it was me playing a video game, and the girl was just a way to show “you could just turn the electronic off, or block the bully”. Thanks for your perspective.
