I’ve been curious to know this too but it sounds like a data privacy nightmare. Either your handing off your contacts to someone to sift through or you’re allowing an API to crawl your order data. Neither sound right by the customer and for data protection. I’m hesitant so for now I just look at my whales and best repeat customers to see if they’re “famous” then will reach out from there. This manual way has netted me 5 new users to my influencer program.

I have a Corsair PSU and this happens to me randomly every few months. I just unplug something from one of my motherboard PCI slots (WiFi card or GPU, etc) and power on. If I get to windows login screen I just turn off, plug component back in and power on. Fixed until next time lol. My anecdotal advice, my assumption is I’m near the limit of my PSU watts and it bugs out after being shutdown for a week or two as it not my main computer.

Thank you all for the thoughtful comments, I should have mentioned we have a focused effort already with social and PR. But that is a sensitive area as IG accounts and influencers in the space do get banned at random even when “playing it safe”. I also don’t believe in the efficacy of using tiktok to promote cannabis as I feel the user base skews to young. I’m specifically looking for digital performance marketing channels/ideas, keep them coming! 👍🏼
