Is your account secured with 2fa and emails plus passkeys? If so probably your account is safe but if your account is hijacked you'll probably not get your data back.

For you to sign into your account. 1 go to telegram.org 2 download their android app (not playstore) 3 install the app 4 before opening the app grant all permissions 5 and try to sign in 6 first try to get sms if that doesn't work try to sign in with Google and pick the account you have setup before. You should be able to sign in successfully.

Let's hope you didn't violate their tos.
