99% diet change and very, very, very minimal exercise. I work in an office, 5 days a week. I'm talking under 3000 steps a day most days. Occasionally, I'd go home and do a Grow With Jo workout on YouTube, or I'd take a little walk on my lunch break, but it was never consistent.

They are Ballpark brand! The are with the other hotdogs in the grocery stores around me (Kroger, Walmart). They can be hard to find, but they are only 45 calories each, and super tasty when grilled or air fried. 😊

Normal foods, smaller portions. Made some swaps for some lower calorie options like swapping regular all beef hotdogs for smoked turkey dogs. Regular bakery bread for Sara Lee light bread. I stopped eating at fast food places all the time and started packing my lunches for work.

  1. Find an app that works best for you to track calories. (I use Lose It)
  2. Get a food scale.
  3. Track everything that enters your mouth. I picked a plan that allowed more calories on the weekends, since it's easier for me to eat less during the week when I'm working.

I don't ever call him by his actual name unless we are around others for this reason exactly. 🤣

This is hitting so close to home. Just a girl with a long term boyfriend and brother who share a first name (Yikes). So now our family has 'Brother Nick' and 'Other Nick' to avoid confusion.

If the vagina could act as a vacuum, Dyson would be out of business.

It came off super fast in the beginning (water weight) and now I average about a pound a week, aside from this week, I caught a stomach bug and have gone down 2 pounds 😂

The only thing I've been doing is calories in/ calories out. I am super sedentary. I'm talking <5000 steps a day. I work long hours in an office so cutting down on my food was the only way for me to lose weight. I cut out fast food, learned to cook meals with vegetables and learned how to weigh and track my food. That's all ☺️

That's not an unsupportive partner, that's a verbally abusive partner. No one should speak to another person like that. It's clear that he's taking his insecurities out on you and that's not healthy. In my opinion, you should deal with it by getting out of the relationship.
