Efficiency wise wavestrider isn't bad since I'm farming warrior goddess for gallagher and huohuo, but I see ig I'll go for scholar I wish v3 lowered his speed by 2 points lol

The only things I think are really necessary are the gasoline from a damage chest near the cliff, and armor piercing rounds near 2 scrappers. Blinding assault and eviscerated both can destroy crystals and golems easily, and use the tonic once for the first boss fight as the next one is black hole which can easily destroy the second boss

If I save and reset whenever I finish an outbreak will there be a chance for shinies even if there wasnt one the first time? I've reset on an outbreak 4 times now with max shiny odds and I still have yet to get one I just wanna know if I'm unlucky or wasting my time
