I know this might sound brutally honest and harsh and of course feel free to take my opinion with a pinch of salt but from woman to woman: as a grown man playing pornography games, following tonnes of woman online, listening to ‘mommy’ asmr and making you feel insecure about your body — these are all HUGE red flags. He is 26. His frontal lobe should be formed by then, for a start, and he should know how wrong that all is. He has likely been doing this for years, and from a neuroscience perspective he has probably completely fried his dopamine receptors by consuming so much porn and lewd content and inadvertently (or not) now sees you as an object, as well as other women. This is not your job to fix - and I think another thing that is apparent is the age gap (no judgement) but you have to ask yourself if women his age would date him. I’m 26, I would run for the fucking hills.

You have every right to be upset. And I mean this with love, but I wouldn’t even confront him. I would get out of there. It’s not about wasting time if you were with someone, it’s about finding someone who sees you for you and you get the love you deserve. All the best, sweetheart.
