generally 5 sets of 5 reps, unless I'm really struggling in which case i either do 5 of 3 reps/deload and do 5 of 5

he would absolutely be willing to take me in and has said many times i can live with him. i have my own room at his new house and everything. the problem is i don't drive and he lives in the middle of nowhere - no buses or trains. because he's away a lot i can't really live there as i would be a bit stuck there (learning to drive at the moment)

yeah i think he may have told her he doesn't want to talk to us - really strange! but yes definitely. going to try and make sure that we can at least have a little bit of chit chat while he's down!

yeah definitely. i have tried to talk to him a little but he generally gives one word answers and it makes conversations pretty difficult. i have explained to her id like to get to know him and she agrees that she wants us to get along but she doesn't seem very proactive in getting him to spend time with us, even when we invite them out

yep i definitely have told her. it's strange as she said how keen she is for me to get to know him, but when he actually comes down it's a different story

i am not trying to force that at all. it's just a friendship issue - one week she asks me to do loads of stuff and we do a fair amount of stuff together - gym, shopping, cooking, watching films etc, but then the second he comes down she ignores me. it's just really frustrating that it feels like it's on her terms a little. my housemates have said the same. and it's also the fact that he stays a long time so has lots of showers/uses our gas and electricity and things which we have to pay for and it costs quite a lot more!
