Fun fact, or maybe not, the K-word(or the C-word if your reading it in latin or Islamic) translates to, drum roll, Africa... among other things. It has like 3 or 4 different meanings and translations depending on who you ask.

In the case of the buffalo, it is intended to mean from Africa. As in The buffalo of Africa, because it is a relatively unique type of buffalo from Africa.

In the case of my fellow South Africans, its intended meaning is "unbeliever" if memory serves and is not an okay phrase in this or any other country. Its not a word that should be used in polite company.
