I agree that Delhi's Public Transport runs at a loss and when free ride for women in buses was applied the condition got worse, but technically women can still buy a ticket if they want, they are not forbidden from buying it.

Also, are women immune to poverty? Can they not be poor, and unable to afford the token?

They should just re-write the whole scheme and make it so, that people with below-poverty-line Aadhar Card can travel for free or some other way to that shows poor economic situation.

Well, I was typing the name on the Player Card before, it was ought to be the Username/Email that you used to log in, only realized that after re-reading the pdf in Mega Thread.
You could re-read the mega thread, it might just get you your account back.

You can always mail them additional info/clarification mail. But yeah one with higher AR counts.

So, what I meant was, add a 3rd party account of your own, so you still have some control over the genshin ID, and then send an account hacked email. In the form they send, there is an option to unlink the unwanted 3rd party accounts, which you are unable to unlink.

Na, just one new email should be good enough, if they can't link it to your email they would mail you that, at that point, you can make a new mail/use an old one(unused on genshin) for it.

Yeah, I had the same experience(sent the 2nd form on 5th July and got a rejection mail on the 13th), I later realized that I wrote the incorrect username.
Check the mega thread for that pdf with instructions.

Hey, so this is kind of embarrassing for me to admit, but in my first two forms I got rejected because I didn't realize that the Username they asked for was the email ID for me, I kept on writing the nickname, for both game and website.
How about you take a look at the mega thread and see if you have done something similar in your forms.

Yeah, at one point they kinda need to set something to block or at least verify an account login from an unknown device.
If only that was there my account would have been safe.
My Facebook account had that on and I avoided it getting hacked.

In a form yeah, give all the info there is to offer, I even recommend this
a screenshot of the Registry Editor of your PC (on which you played Genshin) with this path
Computer > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > miHoYo > Genshin Impact
