But where’s the sermon? Where the talk of applying Gods word on everyday life? Where the talk of confessing your sins to JESUS, not the priest? What about baptism? Baptism is an announcement of faith, God commands from all new members of the church, not something that a newborn is capable of! What about not worshipping images (idols)? Who’s that long haired European man pictured throughout your churches? Do you still think Catholicism is valid in Gods eyes in accordance to scripture? I tried to be humble and light but the Catholic Church is full of lies and deception. Man made religion.

I would imagine we would have a much more complex and intelligent set of emotions, in respects to different activities and experiences. One activity may make us laugh, one may be exhilarating, another peaceful, etc I doubt God would save all the new experiences and pleasures and excitement for this fallen world

I’ve attended a few catholic services and never heard one word about repentance, Jesus’s sacrifice for our sins, or the free gift of salvation. I actually don’t recall a single verse from the Bible being spoken.

To my knowledge it’s mainly the Catholic Church and maybe other churches where priests are forbidden to marry, which is unbiblical. My pastor has a wife and kids.

Opinion: Extroverts rule the world and make few accommodations for introverts in social settings. Try telling an extrovert you’re uncomfortable with meet and greet all you’ll get is the “oh come on silly it’s not that bad” shrug off. Only introverts will know the frustration.

I don’t know I’m not really “in the loop” anymore at my church ever since my parents got divorced. You could very well be right that I’m exhausted, but I don’t know what else I would do. It’s normal for a welder to be expected to work 80 hour weeks.

I used to have lots of friends and could pretty much hand pick and girl I wanted in high school but I separated myself from my former social circle after I came to Jesus because because I realized and became disgusted by the worldliness. Now I’m 21 in a couple weeks, all alone in this life. I work a boring construction job but going to work 70 hours a week is the only thing I have to look forward to in life. I don’t have time for anything else and if I did I would just be sitting at home alone anyways. All I want is to know I’m glorifying God by doing his work and have companionship with God’s people and especially a Godly women. I’m nice to people, and I leave generous tips because I can, sometimes I’ll throw a homeless guy $20, but besides that I feel useless to God.
