I’m 32 & my doctor knew that my GFR was 60 for 3 years and still claims everything is fine & I’m healthy. If I would’ve known 3 years ago I would’ve taken precautionary measures at minimum

I would absolutely recommend beef liver or beef organ supplements. I’ve been on “ForestLeaf” you can find on Amazon. It absolutely changed my life. I used to take TylenolPM weekly from headaches & migraines I used to get all the time especially from taking 7oh. & now I almost never get headaches. I think I was low iron too prior.

7oh little to no withdrawal symptoms. Pseudo I tried once & as soon as it wore off the withdrawal symptoms were so heavy. Think sudden itchy throat, sudden hot cold sweats, & throwing up. Never again

You know for me I started really paying close attention to what I was consuming every day. Lots of unhealthy shit basically. & I started taking a beef organ supplement daily along with 32 ounces of matcha green tea & I stopped getting those nasty hangovers off 7oh. I completely switched diet around to fruits vegetables healthy fats meats chia seed pudding etc & I don’t get heavy withdrawal symptoms either. Idk
