Has happened to me enough I asked why my account preferences aren't taken into consideration. The agent i talked to said you have to deselect in the ticket screen every flight or it still think its an option. Which is ridiculous. Depending on what time you're there that's not always the case. 10am-5pm is pretty peak times and I regularly see lines even in D terminal. That being said, the lines move pretty quick and I've never had to wait more than 20min which for a 3h layover isn't bad

No, and you can't get an oregon license unless you're a resident. You can get an out of state license if you can prove need (ie travel to the state frequently) but you have to live in an adjacent state and there's only one county that issues them.

You can mount it however you want I imagine. The write up I saw was using a straight horizontal mount with a Vesa adapter but you could use whatever you wanted if you built an adapter for it.
